Designed to deliver superior performance in crushing abrasive materials, GURSAN Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers produce perfectly cubical material with a high fines ratio through a high-speed rotor and the rock-on-rock crushing principle. With low wear costs and easy maintenance, they are the ideal solution for long-lasting and efficient production.
In a closed rotor, the material fed into the machine is cushioned by centrifugal force on the rotor’s inner walls, acting as a lining for the surfaces where the material flows through the rotor. Additionally, diamond tips made of highly wear-resistant material are located at the points where the material exits the rotor through the rotor openings. This reduces rotor maintenance requirements and allows for the crushing of more abrasive materials. The open-type rotor offers a higher crushing rate, higher production, and the ability to feed coarser material compared to the closed-type rotor, while its maintenance is much simpler.
Gradation is adjusted by changing the rotor speed.
