After the washed material settles at the bottom of the trough, it is dragged by the spiral screw blades and discharged through the overflow chutes. Water and sludge are discharged through their respective channels.
The washers are driven by a gearbox and gear system.
The screw blades are manufactured from high-quality sheet metal and are coated with rubber to prevent wear. These rubber coatings are demountable (can be disassembled and reassembled), allowing easy replacement of the worn part.
The body inclination of the washer can be adjusted via the legs.
They are offered in single and double screw options, depending on their capacities.
