TAKE A CLOSER LOOK

Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers, always one step ahead of the competition.

Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers provide optimal capacity and cubical material production thanks to their high speed and high eccentric stroke.

01
Low-friction roller bearing system

Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers are equipped with a low-friction roller bearing system, compared to the competitors' choice of a high-friction hydrostatic bronze bearing system. Also, as the bearing design is more powerful, the eccentricity of GURSAN Cone Crushers is higher than that of the competitors.

02
Dynamic adjustment system

Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers feature a dynamic adjustment system that allows settings to be modified both during operation and remotely. The system is powered by a hydraulic unit, which operates by compressing and releasing the bowl on the machine's mantle through a screw mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor. Controlled with a single button, this system allows precise adjustments to compensate for wear and maintain consistent performance.

03
Quick release and cavity options

With its rapid release function, the same mechanism permits quick removal of the mantle and bowl liner without disassembling the upper frame. Additionally, a hydraulic locking mechanism secures the set values, ensuring they remain stable. The crushers offer four cavity options — Coarse, Medium, Fine and Extra Fine — tailored to secondary, tertiary or quaternary crushing applications.

04
Hydraulic Anti-Spin

Gursan K950 and K1150 have a Hydraulic Anti-Spin system, which protects the liners from excessive wear caused by the spinning head. The system holds the head when the machine is not fed. This prevents excessive wear and flake production until the head stops when material is fed to the crusher.

05
Tramp-metal protection

Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers have better protection against tramp metal. Hydraulic pistons around the body of the machine provide protection against metal parts that may be in the feed material. When a piece of tramp metal enters the crusher, the excessive pressure causes the pistons to release the upper body from the lower body, allowing it to lift. Once the tramp-metal piece passes through, the system automatically returns to its normal position.

06
Liner change without epoxy

The bowl liner and the mantle do not need backing material when they need to be changed in GURSAN K-Series Cone Crushers.

07
Constant protection stroke

In Gursan K-Series Cone Crushers, the stroke of the tramp-metal protection system does not change depending on the crusher setting, because the adjustment mechanism is separated from the tramp-metal protection system. In many crushers, the adjustment and metal protection systems are integrated; therefore, when the setting is increased, the protective stroke for the metal becomes lower.

WHAT YOU WANT FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS.
At which stages are cone crushers used?

They are used in secondary, tertiary or quaternary crushing applications. Four cavity options (coarse, medium, fine and extra fine) are offered according to the application.

Can the setting be adjusted during operation?

Yes. Thanks to the dynamic adjustment system, settings can be changed both during operation and remotely with a single button, compensating for wear with precise adjustments.

How is the crusher protected against tramp metal?

Hydraulic pistons around the body release the upper body from the lower body when a metal piece enters; once it has passed, the system returns automatically to its normal position.

Is epoxy resin needed when changing the liners?

No. The bowl liner and the mantle do not need backing material when they have to be changed.

What is the advantage of the low-friction roller bearing system?

A low-friction roller bearing system is used instead of the high-friction hydrostatic bronze bearing system of competitors. Because the bearing design is more powerful, the eccentricity is also higher.
