CRUSHERS IMPACT

In application, GURSAN Impact Crushers are used in the primary and secondary stages. Especially in primary applications, for their high rate of fine material production, compared to the one produced by jaw crushers; they reduce the load of secondary stage and in some applications, it becomes even unnecessary.

GENERAL INFORMATION TECHNICAL DATA

In certain applications, the impact crushers manufactured with two aprons can be manufactured with three aprons to increase the rate of fine materials and eliminate the tertiary stage.

Our welded construction rotors, relieved of all the stresses caused by welding strain, have been manufactured to serve as problem-free even under the most challenging conditions.

Since the lining and armour plates do not wear off in operation to the same degree, these parts are designed interchangeable; thereby the stock costs are reduced to the minimum.

All the upper body can be opened via a hydraulic system during maintenance, and thus, all the wearing parts can be accessed easily. The same hydraulic system is used in the adjustment of the distance between the aprons and the rotor.

The Armour Plates at the opposite surfaces where the rotor throws the material are assembled to the body and apron surfaces with wedged inserts which enables the use of almost all of the armour plates and also the completion of the disassembly-assembly process in a very short time.

In order to guarantee a smooth and uninterrupted service, Gür-san impact crushers are equipped with a protection system against metal pieces that might be intermixed with the fed material.

The hammers can be used in both directions (forward-reverse) and they have been designed to be replaced both from the side and from the top in primary applications.
