The hydraulic system is used to adjust the distance between the aprons and the rotor. Adjustable impact aprons and the automatic sharpening of the blow bars during reverse operation ensure a consistent product over time while maximizing the wear life of the hammers. The control of the entire hydraulic system is centralized and powered by a hand pump. A remote control system is also available as an option.
