Our Jaw Crushers’ high flywheel speeds, jaw-grabbing angles, pitman’s toggle plates, and rear blocks, as well as their higher performances based on their special geometry, durability, and user-friendly adjustment mechanisms, provide their users great and unique operational advantages.
All GURSAN Jaw Crushers are equipped with a hydraulic assistant adjustment mechanism. This system facilitates easy and fast adjustment of discharge settings according to the product curve that you wish to obtain.
Fixed and mobile jaws are manufactured from manganese steel to be used up and down and furthermore, their rear surfaces have been protected by lead sheet metals to prevent them from spoiling surfaces on which they will lean and to prevent breakages throughout their service life due to contraction.
Also on the fixed side holding the jaw and tied with nail studs under the pitman is wear-resistant. It can be changed due to wearing. It does not require repair at the site.
The outer bearings and the inner bearing diameters are equal to each other in large crushers, for facilitating assembly and disassembly operation of outer bearings are taper
type with holes, which are fitted on the shaft with a taper sleeve; inner bearings however can be easily dismantled by means of hydraulic disassembly system through hydraulic canal in the shaft. Pitman is manufactured from cast steel and it is designed to resist stressed loads even under the severest conditions.
The crusher motor tables are presented semi-automatically to the user. Thanks to the existing hydraulic system, the motor table can be lifted and lowered. Our K08 model and later models are equipped with a fully automatic motor table. Thanks to this system which takes away the operator's initiative, the tension differences caused by the weather changes are automatically absorbed.
In our K07 and larger models, the machine is operated on rubber pads. Thus, the rigid structure of the crusher frame is not affected by the vibration created by the crusher. Moreover, these vibration loads are taken not only vertically but also horizontally.
